Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Site and interacting with the token is lawful where you live. The Site and the token are not offered to any person in a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful.

2. Informational purpose only

The Site is an informational and community resource about the KYRT token and the Kerythos AI ecosystem. It describes the project, its mechanics, and how the token works.

We do not sell the token through the Site, custody your assets, or operate an exchange. Any purchase, sale, or transfer of the token happens on public, third-party, decentralized infrastructure that we neither own nor control.

3. No financial, investment, or legal advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold KYRT or any other asset.

Statements about mechanics such as buyback and burn, or the Expansion Vault describe how the project is intended to operate; they are not promises of price, profit, yield, or future value. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals before acquiring any digital asset.

4. About the KYRT token

KYRT is a utility token on the Solana blockchain. It is not a share, security, deposit, or financial instrument, and it does not represent any ownership interest, equity, debt, or claim against Kerythos AI or any other entity.

Acquiring the token confers no rights to dividends, revenue, profit, governance, or any return. The token may have no value and is intended for use within the ecosystem and by those who wish to support the project.

Always verify the official token mint address before transacting. We are not responsible for losses arising from counterfeit tokens, impostor websites, or addresses obtained from unofficial sources.

5. Risks

Digital assets involve significant risk. By using the Site or interacting with the token, you acknowledge and accept the following, without limitation:

• Total loss: the token's price is highly volatile and may fall to zero; you may lose the entire amount you spend.
• No guarantees: there is no guarantee of liquidity, a market, listing, price, or that the project will achieve its goals.
• Technology risk: blockchains, smart contracts, bridges, wallets, and DEXs can contain bugs or be exploited; transactions are generally irreversible.
• Regulatory risk: laws affecting digital assets vary by jurisdiction and may change, possibly affecting the token or your ability to use it.
• Self-custody risk: you are solely responsible for your wallet, keys, and seed phrase. Lost keys cannot be recovered by us.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is complete or current.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• impersonate the project, its team, or any person, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or interfere with its operation;
• introduce malware or run scraping, data-mining, or automated tools against the Site;
• use the Site or brand to promote scams, fraud, or misleading financial schemes.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to or reference third-party services such as wallets, decentralized exchanges (e.g. Jupiter, Raydium), block explorers, and social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for these services, their content, or their terms.

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and governed by that service's own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, the "Kerythos AI" and "KYRT" names and marks, logos, and layouts, are owned by Kerythos AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your own non-commercial use.

You may not use our marks or brand features without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kerythos AI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the token, even if advised of the possibility.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kerythos AI and its team from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in California, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
